    CarBility provides AI-powered insights into car reliability based on publicly available vehicle data (e.g., MOT history). We leverage third-party services such as OpenAI (for language processing), Upstash (for caching), Supabase (for authentication), and Vercel (for hosting).
  3. Accuracy of Information
    While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, the insights are generated using artificial intelligence and should be used for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any data.
  4. Limitation of Liability
    We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service. Use of this service is at your own risk.
  5. Account Security
    Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
  6. Payments and Subscriptions
    Some features of CarBility may be offered under a paid subscription. Payment terms, refund eligibility, and cancellation procedures will be clearly stated prior to any transaction.
