By using Carbility, you agree to these Terms.
- Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By using Carbility, you confirm that you meet this requirement. - Description of Service
Carbility provides AI-assisted used-car reliability and MOT history insights for vehicles registered in the United Kingdom. You enter a UK registration number to retrieve vehicle information and receive a report or free preview. Reports are produced using official UK DVSA MOT records where available, combined with AI-generated analysis. - Free Preview and Paid Reports
A free preview of basic vehicle information may be available without creating an account. Full reports require report credits. One credit unlocks or generates one full report, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Credits are saved to your account once purchased. - Report Credits and Payments
Credits are one-time purchases — there is currently no subscription. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Carbility does not store your card details directly. Prices are displayed before you complete checkout. Credits do not expire unless future terms state otherwise. - Refunds and Cancellation
To request a refund or report a payment issue, contact us at support@carbility.co.uk. If a credit has not been used, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Because Carbility delivers digital content (a generated report) when a credit is spent, refund eligibility may be limited once a full report has been generated or unlocked. We aim to handle all requests fairly. - Accuracy and AI Disclaimer
Reports are AI-assisted guidance tools, not a mechanical inspection, professional valuation, warranty, or guarantee of any kind. Vehicle data may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate. The service works best for vehicles over three years old with a DVSA MOT history. Before buying a vehicle, you should inspect it in person, check all relevant documents, and consider a professional independent inspection. Carbility accepts no responsibility for purchase decisions made using information from this service. - User Responsibilities
You must only enter registration numbers for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the service, attempt to scrape data, overload our systems, or try to bypass credits or payment controls. - Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately. - Limitation of Liability
Carbility is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service or from reliance on information in a report. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. - Intellectual Property
Carbility’s branding, user interface design, report format, and generated report presentation are owned or licensed by DPLocal Ecommerce Limited. You may not copy, redistribute, or reproduce them without permission. - Changes to the Service
We may change the service, features, or pricing at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to inform users of significant changes. - Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales. - Contact
